The mission of the UTA is to give superior service and provide first-class instruction in TaeKwonDo, Hapkido and other weapon arts..

The UTA website supports our mission through the use of knowledge building, enhancing our value to our members.
Specific goals for our website include:

• enhancing the development of martial arts to a higher standard.
  
• provide a valuable resource for Instructors to come to just like a 5 star University,
  
• develop informative, accurate material in a professional manner,
  
• enable all visitors to learn about how we can help school owners improve their schools without loosing their traditional values.
